Two-piece shaft collars are ideal for demanding industrial, automation, and motion control applications requiring strength, adaptability, and easy servicing.
Designed for superior holding power, two-piece collars apply uniform clamping force around the shaft using full seating torque from high-strength screws. This even distribution creates a more secure grip than set screw or one-piece collars, especially in high-vibration or load-bearing applications.
Manufactured to precise tolerances, both halves of each collar remain perfectly matched throughout production to ensure optimal alignment, fit, and performance—even on shafts that vary slightly from nominal size. Available in a wide range of materials including 1215 lead-free steel with black oxide or zinc plating, 303 and 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, high-strength 2024 aluminum (with or without anodizing), titanium for high-performance needs, and engineered plastic for non-metallic applications.
