Company History
IJK Bearings, established in 1944 as Nihon Jikuuke Kogyo Co., Ltd., changed its name to Inoue Jikuuke Kogyo Co., Ltd. in 1949. The company has a rich history of innovation and recognition, such as receiving JIS markings permission in 1958 and various awards for excellence in industrial standardization and quality control. The company earned recognition for its commitment to quality and industrial standardization, winning awards from the Osaka Trade and Industry Bureau and the Osaka Governor. In the 1960s, it formed a key business alliance with NSK Ltd. and expanded its production facilities. The following decades saw the company’s focus on international standards, environmental responsibility, and technological advancements, leading to the development specialized plants and solar power initiatives. IJK expanded its facilities and received numerous certifications, including ISO 9002, 9001, and TS 16949. Notably, they ventured into solar power generation in 2014.
