Ruland two-piece rigid couplings offer the same strong, non-marring shaft connection as the one-piece style, with added benefits for easier maintenance and versatility. Their split design allows for installation and removal without moving connected components, and opposing hardware ensures a balanced, secure fit. Optional step bores with keyways add further customization. All couplings feature Nypatch® anti-vibration coating for secure, repeatable use and reduced galling in stainless steel versions. Precision-honed straight bores ensure collinearity for optimal torque transmission in high-performance systems. Available in 1215 lead-free steel with black oxide finish and 303 stainless steel.

What are the advantages of the opposing hardware and split design?

What is the purpose of the Nypatch® anti-vibration coating?
