Ruland one-piece rigid couplings deliver strong, reliable shaft connections without marring, making them ideal for high-torque and precision applications. Each coupling features Ruland’s proprietary Nypatch® anti-vibration coating for secure, repeatable installations and enhanced performance in stainless steel versions by reducing galling. Precision-honed straight bores ensure collinearity, maximizing shaft contact and torque transmission—especially critical in servo systems. Available in 1215 lead-free steel with black oxide finish, 303 stainless steel, and lightweight 2024 aluminum.
