Disc Couplings
Ruland disc couplings, offered by Pacific International Bearing Sales, are designed for high-precision motion control in demanding servo and stepper motor applications. These zero-backlash couplings feature a balanced design with high torque capacity and excellent torsional stiffness, while accommodating angular, axial, and parallel misalignment. Available in single disc styles for compact setups and double disc styles for greater flexibility, each coupling is constructed with anodized aluminum hubs and stainless steel disc springs, with a center spacer in double disc versions. Operating at speeds up to 10,000 RPM, they are available in clamp or set screw styles with or without keyways, in bore sizes from 1/8" to 1-1/4" and 3mm to 32mm.
