Extra Thin Section Deep Groove ball bearings

Thin-section ball bearings are generally lighter weight due to their narrow cross-section, They are commonly used for low torque applications in robots, machine tools, semiconductor equipment, and any type of industrial machinery.

Thin-section miniature bearings make it possible to reduce the size and weight of the component. In many cases, this is required for optimal performance in many highly sophisticated applications.

The 6700, 6800, and 6900 series are the typical series of thin section type micro or narrow series ball bearings. It is unlikely to find a single Bearing Company that manufactures the entire series due to manufacturing limitations for each company. The series continues with larger size offerings from manufacturers such as NTN and KOYO.

ISC/NSK Miniature Thrust ball bearings

Miniature ISC/NSK thrust ball bearings consist of a flat bearing washer without a raceway groove and a retainer incorporating a ball. It can load only axial loads in one direction. The friction torque is small. Applicable for low-speed rotation.

ISC/NSK Deep Groove ball bearing with extended inner ring

It is an inch type deep groove ball bearing with an extended inner ring on either one or both sides by 0.397mm (1/64 inch) from the outer ring width. Using this bearing simplifies the design around the bearing and assembly.

Extra-thin-section deep groove ball bearing

ISC/NSK Thrust ball bearings with groove

Higher rated load is achieved by attaching raceway grooves to the upper and lower bearing washers. Also, attaching a raceway groove, it reduces the contact between the shaft and the housing by suppressing the movement of the ball and retainer during rotation.

NSK High Anti-Corrosion Bearings

NSK High Anti-Corrosion Bearings are designed to resist corrosion, outperforming SUS440C. This improved durability is achieved by strategically adding four critical chemical elements and making precise changes to the composition of additional trace elements.

The bearings go through a heat treatment process, which results in an HRC59 hardness. This harder material and improved internal design equates to higher load capability as compared to standard materials and designs.

Pivot Ball bearings

ISC/NSK Pivot ball bearings consist of an outer ring and several balls and support a conical section (usually 60-degree pivots) at the tip of the rotating shaft. Friction torque is small due to the small pitch diameter of the ball and the shape of the pivot part of the shaft.
